Taking Jazz as a source of inspiration, Improvisation emerges from the spontaneity of weaving; the weft is the melody and the warp is the improvised solos. Between colours and rhythms, the tapestry explodes as the codes create new forms. The piece, designed by Gian Padilla, is a nod to the ancient work of weaving where women wove without a script or intention of representation; they experimented and created spontaneous pieces with an innate sensitivity.
